Founder of IPEK Critical Workforce, a medical recruitment agency specialising in connecting doctors with private GP practices and healthcare facilities across New Zealand. Our mission is to place skilled medical professionals both locally and internationally, ensuring that the perfect match fills each position. We recognise the critical role doctors play in the well-being of our communities, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Originally from Zimbabwe, I arrived on a visitor visa in New Zealand in 2002. From the moment I stepped foot in this beautiful country, I knew my stay would be longer than planned. The natural beauty, the welcoming people, and the laid-back lifestyle captured my heart, and since then, New Zealand has become my home.
Born to a Registered Nurse and a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, my passion for healthcare comes naturally. Before founding IPEK Critical Workforce, I worked as a social worker and a medical recruiter. IPEK Critical Workforce was established from my desire to bridge the gap in healthcare services, where workforce shortages were impacting critical areas. I wanted to be part of the solution, helping healthcare providers connect with the right talent.
Through my experiences, I've learned the importance of listening to people's stories, understanding their backgrounds, and helping them achieve their aspirations.
